Shipping Policy


Mazzarese Jewelry is proud to offer FREE UPS 2nd Day Air shipping* on all orders over $500 (before tax, if applicable). UPS 2nd Day Air shipping will be $15 for all orders valued between $100-$499 (before tax, if applicable), and you can upgrade any free UPS 2nd Day Air shipping to UPS Next Day Air service for a $35 fee.


For all orders under $500 (before tax, if applicable), UPS Ground shipping is complimentary. You can upgrade any free UPS Ground shipping to 2nd Day Air shipping for $25, or to UPS Next Day Air for $35.


All shipments must be shipped to an address on file with your credit card company and with require a signature by someone over the age of 18. Mazzarese does not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Please note that all orders being shipped via UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air delivery will require a signature upon delivery and a return receipt requested; this is for your protection as it helps prevent package theft and delivery fraud. Once a delivered package has been signed for, the courier’s shipping insurance no longer covers it – please make sure that the mailing address to where we are sending your package is a safe place and recipient must be there to sign for the package. However, during transit, rest assured that your package is fully insured.


* UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping times apply to business days only; please call us if you require Saturday delivery, as an additional fee will apply. Delivery delays can occur and may be out of our control.  *Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.


Mazzarese Jewelry is currently not shipping outside the United States.


Mazzarese jewelry will not ship to a different address than the billing address associated with your credit card. Therefore if we ship to alternative address we must ask that you have your alternative shipping address(es) on file with your credit card company so that we can verify that your order is a purchase authorized by you. To add an address with your credit card company, simply call the 800 number on the back of your card and tell them you would like to add an alternative shipping address to your account.


Item Pricing and Availability


Mazzarese Jewelry makes every effort to maintain updated quantities of our in-stock items, and up-to-date prices for all of our merchandise. However, in the instance that something is no longer in stock or the price has changed, we reserve the right to notify you of any changes.
The prices of our jewelry and diamonds change periodically to reflect the fluctuations in the metal and diamond market prices. We rigorously work to keep the prices on our website and in our store up-to-date, but we do reserve the right to update the price of a sale. Should this happen, we will notify you immediately and you can choose to move forward with the order at the new price or void it completely.


Item Availability


Occasionally, a loose diamond or in-stock piece of jewelry will sell in our retail store at the same moment someone is trying to purchase it online. Should a web-purchased piece be unavailable when it says it was in stock, we will notify you immediately with suggestions of similar pieces and/or almost identical loose diamonds. It is up to you at this point if you would like to try one of the suggestions or void the sale completely – it is our goal to make sure you are pleased with your shopping experience at Mazzarese.


Conversely, we may not have all items on our website in stock at all times. For these items that are not in stock, they will become special-ordered items, and may take anywhere between 1-12 weeks to receive. Please note that the policies detailed below apply ONLY to items purchased through this website (mazzarese.com), or over the phone with a web sales associate. These policies do NOT apply to purchases made in our showroom; items physically purchased in our showroom are NOT eligible for refund. For more information about our in-store return and exchange policy, please contact our store customer service.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY


It is our pleasure to issue a refund (less any outgoing shipping costs) or store credit on most of our web-purchased merchandise*, as long as we receive the returned merchandise within the specific time limitations and with the correct information (please see Returns section for specific instructions).
Any refund will be issued via the form of payment through which the returned merchandise was purchased. For returned items purchased via wire transfer, Mazzarese Jewelry will issue you a refund check within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise.


We also provide an easy exchange process, should you wish to have the item in a different color or size, or choose a completely different item altogether. The same time limitations and correct information for refunds also apply to exchanges (please see Money Back Guarantee for details). Please note that you must follow the instructions for returns or exchanges; if a package is returned to us without the proper notification, it will not be accepted for return.


If you wish to make an exchange*, one of our customer service representatives will be happy to walk you through the exchange process and new item availability; please send us an email to sales@mazzarese.com or call us at (913) 491-4111.
All returned or exchanged items must be sent back to us in the same unworn, unaltered condition in which they were shipped, and accompanied by all original paperwork, boxes, tags, and paperwork in order to be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. If the return package is missing any of this, you may be accountable for a $250 replacement fee. Any jewelry or watch that shows wear or damage, has been sized by a jeweler.


* Exceptions to our returns and exchanges policy are: any jewelry or watch  that was specially-ordered, any jewelry that has been engraved or personalized in any way, or any jewelry  or watch that has been sized or altered.  All jewelry or watches marked final sale or on sale may not be returned.


Returns
Should you decide that the item(s) you received is not exactly what you are seeking, you can return it to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days.


Watches**
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return unworn, unaltered, and in original condition watches for exchange or refund. You must include all original paperwork, warranties, boxes, and tags to qualify for a refund or exchange. If any of these components are missing, we may refuse your return or you may be liable for a $250 replacement fee. 
If you are returning any merchandise for a refund or store credit, you will incur the original outgoing shipping and handling costs upon the processing of your return – we will deduct the amount from your refund or store credit. Items may also be charged a restocking fee. 


Please note that Mazzarese Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage to an item during shipping for return or exchange. Please package the item, and all of its original components and corresponding paperwork, securely and in proper packaging. Please do not write the name Jewelry anywhere on the package for security reasons and theft liability prevention. There is an easy three-step process to follow to ensure your return is received and processed in a timely manner:


•    Return Authorization #: Please contact a web sales team member by phone – (913) 491-4111 or email – sales@mazzarese.com, for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
•    Package: Please package the item(s), and all of the original components, securely and in proper packaging. Do not write the name jewelry or jewelers anywhere on the package for security reasons and theft liability prevention. Please address the package with the following, and be sure to include your RA#: 
o    Attn: Sales – RA# xxxx 4850 W. 135th St. Leawood KS 66224
•    Insure and Ship: According to the total price of the contents the item should be insured for. 
•    Please follow these instructions:
o    Between $100 and $25,000 – This package must be fully insured and shipped via US Postal Service Registered Mail with a return receipt requested.
o    Over $25,000 – Please contact us for a special arrangement of high-value-package shipping.

Please note, to qualify for returns or exchanges, it is mandatory that you follow all steps in accordance with this policy; any skipped or missed step can disqualify you from the return and exchange program.
Any return packages that do not have an RA# will not be accepted.
Holiday Return Policy: Items purchased between November 26th through December 25th enjoy an extended return period and may be brought back through January 10th. All other elements of the return policy apply.
